Our dream

Our restaurant project, El Patio de Pepa, was born one Valencian  summer night among wine and tapas which remained us of the smells and flavors of our grandma Pepa’s cooking that was full of homegrown goods.

We’re searching intensively for a location to open a restaurant with a patio that’s also close to Valencia’s central market. This is where the most authentic and fresh products of Valencia are. It’s where we could do our daily shopping without the need to stock and it allows us to prepare some market cooking.

Supporting us in our project are a Valencian chef and a creative team with an eagerness to do things right… And here we are! Giving out flavor and quality in Valencia’s city center, a place for all.
